Mireille’s expertise has improved the culture of many companies across several industries including B2B, B2C, telecom, logistic workforce management, distribution services, healthcare, teleradiology, dialysis, insurance, financial services, real estate, and IT consulting.
Her experiences are in improving employee relations, developing human resource policies and procedures, handbook review and creation, developing processes for recruitment, recruiting, vendor research (HRIS, payroll, 40lk, insurance, etc.) working with existing human resource professionals to help them meet their organizational goals, etc.

Mireille founded her HR consulting firm in 2009 on the premise of creating a culture of responsibility by helping businesses Align. Shape. Grow. Mireille takes a holistic approach to creative problem solving, while building trust & values to align the management team and workforce. By interviewing and working with employees and management team members, she can interpret and mediate inconsistencies in policies, benefits, communications and any HR or employee relations issues to save time, mitigate loss, and ultimately improve trust and employee engagement.
